Radiator hoses

The silicone radiator hoses are handcrafted using differentiated layers of silicone material to ensure the best mechanical, technical, and hydraulic performance.
The use of high-quality molds, Y-connectors developed with lost-wax inserts, and obsessive attention to detail ensure a constant internal section, quick and precise installation, and a flawless surface finish that allows for superior coolant flow compared to the original.
Each hose consists of an inner rubber layer for minimal fluid resistance, three layers of high-strength nylon mesh for mechanical durability, and two outer layers of colored material for an unbeatable look. The final vulcanization blends all layers, resulting in a perfect mix of technology and appeal, with the following performance: operating temperature from -50°C to +280°C; working pressure over 4 bar; thickness 4.5 mm.
Where indicated, we offer a Y-hose version that eliminates the original connector, reduces the number of hoses, and maximizes performance. Where specified, the thermostat valve is to be removed.
