2. Company Information

The seller is:

All brands, websites and online stores operated by DAST S.R.L., including NRTeam, are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Customer Categories

These Terms apply to:

Rights granted under consumer protection legislation apply exclusively to Consumers.

4. Products and Services

DAST S.R.L. offers motorcycle spare parts, performance components, accessories, repair services, machining services, cylinder refurbishment, nickel-silicon carbide plating services and related technical products.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information and technical data are provided for guidance purposes only.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and suitability before placing an order.

If any doubt exists regarding compatibility or application, customers are encouraged to contact our technical support team before purchasing.

Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product supplied.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, appearance and technical characteristics where necessary for product improvements, supplier updates or regulatory compliance.

5. Motorsport and Off-Road Products

Certain products sold by DAST S.R.L. are intended exclusively for racing, competition use, off-road use or vehicles that are not approved for operation on public roads.

The intended use, homologation status and any applicable restrictions are specified in the relevant product description whenever applicable.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify compliance with local laws, technical regulations, registration requirements and vehicle homologation rules before installation or use.

DAST S.R.L. shall not be liable for any use of products contrary to applicable laws or regulations.

6. Orders

Orders may be placed through our online stores or through other commercial channels made available by DAST S.R.L.

All orders are subject to acceptance.

An automatic order confirmation confirms receipt of the order request but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order in cases including but not limited to:

• pricing errors;
• stock discrepancies;
• suspected fraud;
• payment verification issues;
• legal or regulatory restrictions;
• force majeure events;
• circumstances making fulfilment impossible or commercially unreasonable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete, accurate and up to date.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional costs or cancellation of the order.

7. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (EUR).

Applicable taxes are calculated according to destination country, customer status and applicable tax regulations and are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed separately before payment.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes shall not affect orders already accepted and paid.

8. Payment

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on destination country, customer status, order value and product category.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

For card payments and digital wallets, payment authorization is obtained when the order is placed and payment is captured when the order is ready for shipment.

For bank transfers, shipment takes place after funds have been received and verified.

Cash on Delivery services may be available only for selected countries, destinations and order values and may be subject to additional charges.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to restrict or remove specific payment methods at its sole discretion.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders containing only products available in stock and with payment confirmed before 15:00 CET/CEST are normally shipped on the same business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For Consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only upon physical delivery of the goods.

For Professional Customers, risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery.

Visible transport damage, missing parcels or delivery discrepancies should be reported immediately to the carrier and notified to DAST S.R.L. without undue delay.

Failure to report visible transport damage may affect the handling of transport-related claims.

11. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify DAST S.R.L. of their decision through a clear written statement sent by email or other documented communication channel made available by DAST S.R.L.

The customer must return the goods within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

12. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products manufactured according to customer specifications;
• custom-made or personalized products;
• products specially sourced upon customer request;
• repair, machining, refurbishment, coating and technical services performed on customer-owned components;
• goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned once installed, modified or incorporated into another product;
• any other products or services excluded by applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returned goods must:

• be complete in all parts;
• be returned with all accessories and documentation;
• be free from damage caused by improper handling;
• not show signs of installation, use or modification beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods;
• be returned in the original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Returned goods are normally inspected within five (5) business days after receipt at our warehouse.

If the return complies with these Terms & Conditions, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

Approved refunds are normally processed within five (5) business days following completion of the inspection.

In all cases, refunds will be issued within the time limits required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever technically possible.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to reduce any refund to reflect diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

14. Professional Customer Returns (B2B)

Professional Customers do not benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal granted to Consumers.

At its sole discretion, DAST S.R.L. may authorize the return of standard catalogue products subject to prior written approval.

To be eligible for return, products must:

• be unused and undamaged;
• be complete in all parts;
• be returned in their original packaging;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase;
• be shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

For returns resulting from customer ordering errors, a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the returned goods value may be applied, subject to a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 plus applicable taxes.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• special-order products;
• non-catalogue products;
• products specifically sourced upon customer request;
• custom-made or personalized products;
• repair, machining, coating and refurbishment services;
• products expressly identified as non-returnable.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

15. Warranty

Consumers benefit from the legal warranty provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Professional Customers benefit from the warranties expressly provided by law and by the relevant manufacturer.

Warranty claims must be submitted promptly and supported by proof of purchase and adequate documentation.

The warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, replacement or reimbursement of the defective product, at DAST S.R.L.'s discretion and within the limits permitted by law.

Under no circumstances shall warranty coverage exceed that provided by the original manufacturer.

16. General Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• improper installation;
• improper maintenance;
• misuse or abuse;
• racing use where not specifically intended;
• modifications not approved by the manufacturer;
• accidents;
• external causes;
• incorrect tuning or calibration;
• use contrary to manufacturer specifications.

Products installed by unqualified personnel may be excluded from warranty coverage where improper installation contributed to the failure.

Warranty claims relating to installed products may require documentation demonstrating correct installation procedures.

17. Warranty Exclusions Outside the EEA

For products sold and delivered outside the European Economic Area (EEA), DAST S.R.L. expressly excludes any warranty except where mandatory local legislation provides otherwise.

Where applicable, warranty coverage shall be limited to that offered by the product manufacturer.

No liability is accepted for indirect damages, labour costs, transportation costs or consequential losses arising outside the EEA.

18. Repair and Machining Services

Repair, machining, coating, cylinder refurbishment and related services are performed according to accepted industry standards and the technical specifications agreed with the customer.

The warranty for such services is limited exclusively to defects directly attributable to the work performed by DAST S.R.L.

Any modification, repair, machining or intervention carried out by third parties without prior written authorization from DAST S.R.L. shall void any applicable warranty.

Customers are required to report suspected defects immediately upon discovery.

Failure to do so may affect warranty eligibility.

19. Special Conditions for Cylinder Refurbishment Services

Cylinder refurbishment and nickel-silicon carbide plating services are specialist technical operations performed on used components.

The refurbishment of a cylinder does not guarantee the elimination of the root cause that originally caused the failure, seizure or damage.

Installation must be performed by qualified personnel following manufacturer specifications and accepted industry practices.

Warranty coverage for cylinder refurbishment applies exclusively to the coating or refurbishment work performed by DAST S.R.L.

The warranty shall apply only in the following circumstances:

Warranty evaluation shall be carried out exclusively at the facilities of DAST S.R.L.

Components submitted for inspection must be supplied complete with all relevant parts required for technical analysis.

• incorrect cylinder dimensions attributable to the refurbishment process;
• weld failure occurring within the first ten (10) operating hours and limited exclusively to the repaired weld area;
• coating separation limited exclusively to the affected area of the coating.

The warranty does not apply in cases involving:

• insufficient lubrication;
• detonation;
• lean air-fuel mixtures;
• overheating;
• incorrect engine assembly;
• unsuitable components;
• foreign material contamination;
• damage resulting from previous failures;
• improper break-in procedures;
• misuse;
• racing conditions beyond intended specifications;
• normal wear and tear.

20. Honda CR125 / CR250 Warranty Exclusion

Due to known design limitations affecting the cylinder bridge area, nickel plating services performed on Honda CR125 and Honda CR250 cylinders manufactured between model years 2000 and 2005 are expressly excluded from any warranty coverage relating to bridge failure, cracking or any subsequent damage arising from such defects.

This exclusion applies regardless of operating conditions and reflects the known engineering characteristics of these cylinder designs.

21. Customer-Owned Materials and Components

Customers remain the owners of materials and components supplied for repair, refurbishment or machining services until otherwise provided by applicable law.

Payment for services performed remains due in full regardless of the outcome of the repair process where work has been carried out as requested.

DAST S.R.L. reserves the right to withhold release of customer-owned materials until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

22. Declined, Unpaid or Abandoned Materials

For machining, repair and refurbishment services, payment is due according to the terms agreed with the customer.

Where payment remains outstanding for an extended period following completion of the work and after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, DAST S.R.L. reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to dispose of, modify, recycle, destroy or otherwise deal with the materials at its discretion.

Any deposits or advance payments already received shall not be refundable.

23. Value of Customer-Owned Materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to acceptance of the work, customer-owned materials submitted for repair, refurbishment or machining are considered used components supplied for restoration purposes.

Because the commercial value of such materials cannot be reliably verified, any compensation arising from loss, theft, force majeure events or circumstances preventing return of the material shall be limited to a fixed amount of EUR 1.00 per gross kilogram of material received.

The carrier's recorded shipment weight shall constitute the reference value for calculating any such compensation.

24. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAST S.R.L.'s total liability arising from any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

DAST S.R.L. shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of opportunity;
• loss of racing results;
• loss of use;
• indirect damages;
• consequential damages;
• incidental damages.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

For Consumers, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of residence of the consumer.

For Professional Customers, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Parma, Italy.

26. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between DAST S.R.L. and the customer concerning the sale of products and services and supersede any previous agreements, communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
