Bearing Guard Racecap System

The protective caps are designed to ensure greater wheel bearing durability, offering enhanced protection against pressure washers and atmospheric agents.
Following the great success of the Fastdry version, RACECAP has pushed further and developed a new product that not only protects the bearings but also reduces wheel friction during operation.
To reduce friction, RACECAP has designed and patented the FLC component, which must be installed in place of the original dust seal. Thanks to its unique design and the effect of centrifugal force, it expels any water that may have entered the protection.
The main innovation lies in the revolutionary sealing system, which acts on the bearing instead of the traditional system that seals on the spacer.
Since the bearing and the FLC component rotate together, previous friction is eliminated.
Eliminating friction leads to two clear benefits. First, the wheel is no longer braked. Second, the sealing wear is eliminated, making this component more durable and reliable over time.
Racecap covers are easily mounted by attaching them to the original wheel spacers. For some models, a specific spacer is required and is included in the kit. The kit includes 2 caps, two FLC seals, and the necessary adapters for a single wheel.
On bikes equipped with a front disc guard, the corresponding cap cannot be used.
