Valves - Steel Conversion Kits

The valve conversion kits are designed to replace titanium valves in modern 4-stroke engines, thereby reducing maintenance intervals. These kits provide significantly increased reliability, less frequent maintenance, and much lower costs, with only a minimal drop in performance at high RPM.
Both NRTeam and Wossner kits are made with high-quality materials and meet the strictest tolerances to ensure perfect compatibility.
The kits include, in addition to the 2 steel valves (3 for some models), the appropriate valve springs needed to compensate for the increased weight of the steel valves.
WARNING:
- Each time the valves are replaced, the valve seat must be resurfaced to ensure proper sealing.
- This operation should only be entrusted to qualified professionals.
- After the first use, recheck the valve clearance.
- The kits, like all components of the valve/seat mechanism, are supplied without any warranty.
- In some cases, valve springs have a variable pitch. The side with the tighter coils must be installed toward the head. For convenience, the spring on the camshaft side is marked with a colored coating (harmless to the engine).
