Valves

NRTeam valves are forged in one piece using the best titanium/steel alloy currently available. They are developed with F1-level technology and machining to reduce the cross-section of gas flow.
Vertex valves are produced through forging of the highest quality titanium or steel alloy and are plasma-coated to significantly improve wear resistance and durability.
Intake and exhaust valves are sold individually. By clicking on the product description, you can view the dimensions and material of each individual valve.
WARNING:
The titanium used has special characteristics that require the following usage and installation procedures:
- To prevent oxidation, use gloves or wet the valves with oil.
- Do not use abrasive products (lapping compounds) on the valves and do not match valve and seat through abrasion.
- Each time the valves are replaced, the valve seat must be resurfaced to ensure proper sealing. The sealing contact area must be at least 1 mm with the correct angle — refer to your motorcycle's owner’s manual for precise specifications.
- Have this operation carried out only by a machine shop with proven and appropriate experience.
- After first use, check the valve clearance again.
- Use only OEM valve springs or springs with the same load.
- All titanium valves are supplied without any warranty.
