Billets Connecting Rods

We have completely redesigned and CNC-machined from solid a connecting rod for the Rotax 122 to meet the demands of the most performance- and reliability-conscious riders!
In addition to being stronger (up to 130% higher breaking load), we have modified the weight balance to further reduce the reciprocating mass (31% vs. 38% of the original).
Lower reciprocating mass means the engine accelerates and decelerates less mass every revolution, reducing power loss and vibrations!
The connecting rod is made from a forged billet and then fully CNC-machined. After machining, it undergoes heat treatment, surface finishing, and seat grinding. The rod is supplied with silvered and knurled washers, silvered small-end cage, treated pin, and reinforced big-end cage.
