To install this combustion chamber insert, a VHM piston with a 12-degree crown profile and the VHM ECU are required. The cylinder head shell must be ordered separately. This insert is not compatible with OEM modular cylinder heads or aftermarket head shells from manufacturers other than VHM.

VHM develops and manufactures billet insert heads for the main 2-stroke motocross and enduro bike models. The special aluminum alloy used for these heads significantly increases engine cooling capacity and reduces the risk of detonation.
The product quality, ease of installation, and quick replacement of the internal insert are the strengths of these heads! For each bike model, multiple different inserts are provided to tailor the power delivery to individual needs.
The head body does not include the insert, which must be selected according to your needs. VHM heads are always assembled using O-ring seals. If not included in the stock configuration, they are supplied with the head.
Upon request, it is possible to order a custom insert based on your specifications.
For each head, a photo (if available) and detailed specifications are provided to compare with your requirements.
Raw inserts for custom machining and inserts based on your drawing are also available upon request.
WARNING: especially with high-compression inserts, VHM recommends using high-quality E5 fuel (e.g., V-Power) to achieve maximum performance and avoid detonation or similar issues.
